In the vineyard we reduce water consumption thanks to an irrigation reservoir with an approximate capacity of 140,000 cubic meters, which stores water in rainy season to supply the needs of the fields during dry season through innovative irrigation extraction techniques with outstanding Energy savings. In addition, plant foliar nutrition experiments are carried out to increase the level of amino acids for the benefit of aromatic precursors.
We are characterized by continuous innovation and experimentation: processes of fermentation, ripening, blending, development of new aromas and textures, as well as excellent thermodynamic controls for polyphenol extraction.
In our facilities, we have our own purification sheds as guarantee of efficient management of all liquid waste. Solid waste is recycled through various certified professional companies.
