This product is homage to the public establishments of the early nineteenth century, where, in addition to lodging, traditional dishes and traditional drinks were served, and where the wine at a reasonable price was the protagonist. Unlike the guesthouses or sales the Fonda Reals were located very close to the Court; they had canteens and prepared food to take and offer the service to the people who worked for the Court.
Our Fonda Real wines are our nod to the less complex wines with autochthonous varieties.
